The Company offers challenging career opportunities to Engineering (in various disciplines), Finance & HR Professionals in its Manufacturing Units at Bangalore (Karnataka), Pinjore (Haryana), Kalamassery (Kerala), Hyderabad (A.P), Ajmer (Rajasthan) located all over India.In addition to the Basic Pay & DA, the compensation package includes Company Accommodation/HRA, CCA, Canteen subsidy, Washing Allowance, PF, Gratuity, Medical facility, Conveyance Reimbursement, Performance Payment, monthly Incentives, Leave Encashment etc., as per Company Rules. (Approximate emoluments as on 01.12.2014 in the minimum of the scale comprising of Basic & DA in the grade GM is Rs.68,573/- in the grade JGM is Rs.61883/- in the grade DGM is Rs.53,520/- in the grade AGM is Rs.48,503/- in the grade Manager is Rs.43,485/- in the grade Deputy Manager is Rs.35,959/- & in the grade Officer is Rs.28,767/- (Subject to variable Dearness Allowance) HRA & CCA is variable depending on the place of posting. In case Company quarters is allotted, no HRA is payable.

Eligible candidates short-listed based on the initial screening will be called for interview. Instructions regarding interview will be intimated to the short-listed candidates individually. The outstation candidates called for interview will be paid the eligible train fare to & fro 3 Tier AC / AC Chair Car by the shortest route on production of proof of journey subject to point No.(i) as referred above.
